While traveling on business to Mexico, a person in my party got very sick and passed out in the shower. The person needed medical attention and I was very unsure of what to do next. The staff, especially, Martin, was great. He arranged travel back to the US, got medical attention for my friend, returned the rental car and so many other little things that I was not sure how to handle. I will always try to stay at a Westin from now on. It is great to know that you are important even in a foreign country. Thanks to all the great staff at WESTIN!
