Friendly staff who are always willing to help you out in anyway possible. They look for solutions to your problems and try to save you $$ where they can by tailoring their services to your needs. The best bank/insurer I've ever worked with. You can do almost everything from their website, set up automatic payments, transfer funds between accounts, manage your investments. They also have a number of tools to help you, for example. They have an investing for retirement tool, debt management tools and more.
