I purchased my Kenmore over the range microwave over two years ago. I have been very happy with how easy the features are to use. Whatever menu you choose to use it will do the task very well. The only drawback I have to this product is that the bottom door has cracked. I just noticed this the past week of use. I am concerned about this as a possible safety issue. I will be getting in touch with the Kenmore company and also my local Sears store to see if they can remedy this situation. Four stars for ease of use.
