How did I ever get there before my Garmin

My husband and I recieved our garmin gps for Christmas. A gift from our children who felt mom and dad were not up on the latest gadgets. I am not tech savy so I was a little concerned about using one of these new fangled devices. After all I own my share of maps. There is something to say about punching in a little info vs. unfolding and folding the paper map. But honestly I was still a little skeptical.
