You can fix problems if you have them by just reading help products installed on pc.you can read emails you can play games you canstore information listen to songs download them and even put pictues either by scanning old photos or just downloading digital ones.My compaq Presaio generally has worked problem free with main problems getting online which turned out to be a bad modem from windstream.Talked with support and member was friendly and helpful...
