    Horrible customer service

    Bella - We made reservations for our Holiday gathering in October.  We were never informed in  advance of a 'private party' that reserved the entire restaurant until we arrived at our table.  We asked to speak with a manager to understand what our optionswere for the evening.  IT was pretty much "well, you're out of luck, and need to leave by 9:00pm.   He (Kenneth?) was less than apologetic, extremely rude, and unprofessional.  The waitress was awful, she actually said to our table of 8 "its a restaurant business, and time is money, the future guests of the evening paid in advance." ... review »
