I can't remember the exact model, but it is a Visioneer and I am happy with it. I bought it about 5 years ago, so I'm not sure if it is still available. But I remember paying about $350 for it.

I would not recommend this scanner for larger docs. You are better off with a flat bed scanner, which is even cheaper than Neat Receipts. But if you really want a good scanner for regular size papers, I would go for a sheet fed scanner. It is considerably more expensive, like $350, but it is really the only way to scan everything in your life. I have one that I use to scan just about everything that I would normally put in a file (bills, account statements, etc.). If you try doing this page by page on a flat bed scanner or on Neat Receipts, it will take forever. Hope this helps!
