The BBC has a deep and abiding reputation for excellence, and this series is no exception. Jonas Armstrong, Richard Armitage, and the rest of the cast turn in brilliant performances. The wry and clever writing, great production values, and excellent storytelling make this a must-see. Even Marian holds her own in this more modern take on the classic story.
