I had been using my sponge mop and recently visited my cousin in Florida. She was using the Bissell Steam Mop and I couldn't believe how well it cleaned and how easy it was to use! No cleaners, just distilled water, (recommended for Filter life) but not necessary. It plugs in, heats up and your ready to go! It swivels, and gets into tight places with ease. No streaking either! My kitchen floor felt like it did the day they installed it! And one tank of water did my kitchen, utility room and main bathroom, with some to spare! If I had one con regarding the Bissell Steam Mop, it would be the cord....
