For me, the transition from Cingular to ATT was very smooth. I still have the same wonderful coverage I had with Cingular. I don't have problems with dropped calls, my minutes still roll over, and the Family plan is excellent. I was a little worried when it was time to upgrade my phones, but was very happy that the upgrade procedures were the same and with my plan I still got a discount on new phones. So far I have not had any problems with ATT and I look forward to enjoying the continued, wonderful service I get from them.
