A wonderful flight on NWA from Palm Springs to Minneapolis. I have always enjoyed the great service you get with NWA. I know that the industry is now struggling with fuel costs but I feel NWA is striving to make air flights as comfortable and safe as possible. I will continue to fly NWA.
