First let me say I love the print qulity of The Kodak 5200 all in one printer. The photos are very professional and it is very easy to use. The ink is cheaper than other brands and the quality of the pictures are improved even more by using Kodak paper. My only concern which is legitemate is that the print head oftens breaks for no aparent reason. One day even after delivering wonderful picture, it will just start printing off colored and messy. This has happened to me twice. Both times I was able to call and receive a replacement print head, but wow what a headache for an other wise freat machine....
