I have had issues with the cd/dvd burner on my new HP Pavilion M9000T. I have spend approximately 12 hours on the phone, ruined 11 CD's troubleshooting my machine. They finally agreed to replace the drive. They did not follow through and now I am in an email battle with HP over the whole matter.
