My husband and I fly AirTran into White Plains, NY when we go home to Connecticut to visit our families. It's always such a smooth flight with no problems. I hate to fly. If I could drive everywhere I would. I hate planes and am scared of heights. I feel safe on AirTran though. We've always checked in online and never had any issues with the agents at the desk. There are no frills like there are on Delta Song, like a TV and flight pattern, but they have Sirrus Satellite radio and it gives you hundreds of channels. It's just nice to travel on an airline I feel safe on.
