I seen hip hop abs on an ad on television. They made it look easy and it can with support free for a month and also came with a diet plan. I paid over $90 including shipping for this workout plan. I received over 3 dvd's with work outs on them. I dont like the hip hop abs for multiple reasons. The first one is that  the dance moves are hard. Second of all when they go throught the steps on the dvd they go over them so fast, which makes it more difficult to do the excercises.
