I had to wait 3 weeks for it. Shortly afterwards they attempted to take money from my account for a product I did not order. I called customer service and they said they would take care of it. One week later they charged my account again. I called and was given a run around. After insisting to speak to a supervisor for over 20 minutes I supposedly got one. He said he could not give me a credit because it had been sent. The first item took over a week to leave the building and this one they said was sent on the first day.
