Here's a 7-month saga with Comcast. Long story short (and, trust me, this IS the short version...), I canceled my TV in November but kept my internet. January, I find out they're still billing me for TV and have been since November. I had set up automatic billing, so I wasn't paying much attention to my bills. I go through rounds and rounds of calling customer service, finally a promise for a refund. March, I look again and there it is, still charging me.
