Having moved from Ohio, where there is an overabundance of mom and pop pizza shops with great pizza, my family and I set out to find a non-national chain pizza shop with great pizza in the Memphis area.  Much to our dismay, we found these pizza shops to be nearly non-existant unless we wanted to travel all the way to downtown Memphis (40 minutes from our home).
