    This stuff tastes great and you wouldnt know just by tasting it that it is good for you. This makes a great addition to your oatmeal for Breakfast or just an anytime snack. Those who are on the Weight Watchers program only spend one point.. Its also a great price for such a good tasting snack. I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to lose weight and wants something sweet to eat that is good for them
