As far as this store goes, there's not much difference between any of the other Best Buys, but this store in particular has sales people or whatever they're called now that are particularly unhelpful to women - or maybe it's just me.

I've been to this Best Buy and the one over in Potomac Yards many times and never have I been there when a sales person has offered to help me - even when I'm obviously waiting for help.
