As a foster parent, I've had alot of baby placements so I've seen my share of diaper rash. Of all the creams I've tried, this one is one of the best! It's a little pricy, but worth it. Seriously, this one usually takes away the majority of the redness super quick! It's sometimes a little bit hard to spread, but it works! It also doesn't leave the cakey residue like some of the other creams which isn't helpful when you're trying to clean a "rashy" baby.
