Viactiv multi-vitamins have a special coating that makes them literally glide down your throat. In spite of being quite a sizeable one, this is one tab that does not make me choke. To make matters even better, they do not have an unpleasant taste and they even smell better than most multi-vitamins I've ever tried. One a day is enough.
