This medicine, Theraflu Warming Relief cold relief, works great I took it before bed while I was fighting a cold.  I was very suprised caught off gaurd the first time I took it the warming relief was VERY warm!!!!!  I compare it to taking a shot of icy hot, I however did not a a very sore thoart so that may fell very good on a sore thoart.  This medicine kept my nose clear and my cough away all night while I slept.
