Only having flown Northwest Airlines once, I will never again.  Aside from the fact the airline was delayed (not because of weather), the flight attendants were constantly rushed, would not answer your questions, or seem the bit concerned that due to their delay, you may miss your connection.  Having to constantly fly, it seems the seats on Northwest seem to have less leg room than standard airlines like United.  I would not recommend this airline to anyone.  Its no wonder they are going out of business.
