This unit was a gift, and my first experience using such a device. I found it very easy to figure out and use, but have to admit that it is limited in comparison with other models I've seen in other people's cars. For example, it's small and so hard to read while driving, and the suction cup sometimes pops off the window without warning. Still, this is a relatively inexpensive model and kind to novices like myself, and I found it immensely useful on a couple of recent trips that involved navigating cities on interstates.
