My family and I go camping a lot. Recently we discovered a new piece of cooking equipment. The pie iron, although it has been around a long time it is new to us. We have made many things over the open fire,such as grilled cheese,Texas toast,blueberry cheesecake,and many other deserts! There are lots of recipes on the Internet. The pie iron only cost about $20 and has been a extra excitement around the campfire.
