This is one of the BEST books Ever!  The story of Claire, who was a nurse during WWII, and married to Frank.  They discover a small hinge (like stone hinge). Later Claire goes back and is drawn, through the stones, to about 200 years before.  Then the adventure goes on and on, and it is a fantastic ride! Read this book and get drawn into the story, and the lives of all the full and complex characters.
