My first baby(daughter) was constantly gassy, crying, and spitting up...this was 35 years ago. Someone recommended "essence of peppermint" to add to formula and it did work...but I was very cautious about using it. My grandson experiencing the same gassiness as his mom did...she's using these Mylicon drops and the baby is much better....read and follow the directions and baby will get relief..and so will mom (from the constant crying!) This product recommended by many pediatricians.
