Allstate

Long term customers not treated fairly.

I have been an Allstate customer for over 10 years. I have always thought that because I was a loyal customer I would be getting a better rate than if I was to go to another company. This is the reason I have stayed so long. However, I recently realized that I have been getting taken advantage of from my Allstate agent. I have full coverage on all our cars. 3 out of 4 of our cars are now over 5 years old so the book value is significantly lower than when we bought them.
