I have had the Dell Inspiron 1501 for about three years now and have overall not had any problems with it. I have taken it in to Best Buy a few times, but that had to do with viruses which I don't think has to actually do with the computer itself. I have a very large itunes library and a lot of pictures and was recently forced to delete a lot of things (and put them on cds for later use) but I can't honestly say how much memory this thing has (I'm using it right now to type this review). When I've had questions, things are pretty easy to find online and dell is great about answering questions....
