The atmosphere is typical for a beach side restaurant, large wooden tables and outdoor patio, cafeteria style ordering.  I ordered the fish and chips, for $9.95 you expect freshness and quality.  The fish was bitter, dark in color and had a strong fish odor...not fresh.  Being from Boston, and having ordered fish & chips in England, I have never had the dish served with a dark, pungent fish so did not think to ask what type of fish it came with.  I brought the dish back to the window and stated it was inedible, they offered me a new dish with the fish of my choice.  I asked what do you have...
