Extends .. then extends Those lashes for that much more length. This first application is a 'base' but does what all mascaras do .. leaves a bit on the ends of your natural lashes to make them longer. After this dries, the second coat (other end) extends your already EXTENDED lashes, truly making them that much longer. A great idea, and works better than doing two coats of a black mascara. Does not make you look 'overdone'.
