    We love to use this to watch Lost and a couple other shows.  Our TV reception isn't always great (we don't have cable) and our small kids make it hard to watch TV shows when they air.  It didn't always work super great, but this season it has worked beautifully.  When I did watch an episode of a program on the air I thought, "wow, there are so many commercials!"   Much better to watch them online!
