I have beena WOW customer for years. I thought they were great until about two weeks ago when my cable box started losing channels. A service guy came out to fix it and it all seemed fine. The next day, our Internet went out and another cable guy came out to fix that (did not get fixed until next day) and decided that we had too many patches and needed a new cable line.
