Four Moons Restaurant - Orangeburg, SC

The full package, food, service, and wine.

I was on business in Orangeburg and overheard a client talking about the new fine dining restaurant in town. Being very sceptical about fine dining in a smaller southern town I had to ask the name. "Four Moons" was the answer an boy am I glad I had the time to check it out. I snuck into the bar first because I was worried about what I would find inside. I was instantly transported to an upscale, metropolitan, swanky bar. I couldn't beleive my eyes.
