I've had many disappointing experiences at this Starbucks. It used to be on my way to work-and I was excited when it opened. I would go to the drive through and even though it took longer than I wanted, I'd put up with it. But then the lines got slower. and slower. And the attitude of the order taker and the person who took the $ and gave the drinks got worse.
One time I got to the window (after 20 min waiting in line) to be given a drink I didn't order. When I told them it wasnt my order. I was told that it was what I ordered and that they didn't misunderstand or mix up orders-that I was wrong....
