This product is very good.  I love to be on it every chance I get. I'm alway surfing the web, burning music cds, completing homework for school. Without this product i would be lost.  My desktop is my best friend.  I have family members call me to ask me questions anout different icons and programs they have on them before they go out and purchase one. Once they review all the information in the book they see that I was right about what I said.  My daugther and friends look to get on the dell to play games.  I'm happy about my daugther because she would never get on it because she didn't know...
