The Samsung Behold from T-Mobile offers a great touchscreen phone with an above average camera.  Its great that you only need to carry one device.  The 5.0 Megapixel camera includes flash and editing capabilities.  The camera is a little slow when writing to the memory card.  The SD micro memory card allows for mp3 storage as well as photo and video storage.  I have used this phone several times to watch downloaded movies and television shows on a plane with no issues.  The MP3 player allows for playlists as well as random selection.
