I have a tween on my hands now and it is drama all day long!

Annoying corporate work habits...
I work on comission... it usually is fine... but due to yet another change in the corporate world of our payroll the comissions I will have earned this week and next will not be paid out until the day after Christmas...... really helpful huh?
