Had so many problems in just 3 days. Had to wait over 3 hours for our room, even after making the reservation 6 weeks in advance. Buffet was just ok, some of the foods had little to no taste. How can you fry bacon with no taste? We were two smokers with one ashtray. That might explain the cigarette burns someone previously put on the phone. The beds were really comfortable. Lost electricity through no fault of the hotel, but it's hard knowing  everyone is gambling and dancing and we're walking around in dark rooms. You'd think they'd have some kind of back up.
