Time Warner Cable - Company

lousy customer service

At least with the phone company you can add any service and bundling them saves money but with Time Warner it only happens to new subscribers. To heck with long time loyal customers. If you want to add something they don't cut you any slack. The only reason I stay with them is because Zoomtown is dial-up.
