It is definitely faster to get miles by actually flying, but we've already enjoyed one trip to visit family in Alaska. We pay our bills online, which is a huge help because we don't like to pay interest, ever. We also like the checks they send for zero percent financing (with a small fee). We used that to get some remodeling done. Also, they upped our limits by a lot when we asked!
