I am always trying new ways to lose weight. This was not really the greatest choice, unless you are very serious about lifestyle changes. But like most 'diets' I've tried, I got bored with the restrictions and calorie counting. I was hungry a lot, since you are not allowed to each much fat, otherwise you will experience bad BMs. The first week I lost 6 pounds and lost about 2 pounds each week. But I ended up messing up and never restarted. I still have a full bottle, so I imagine I will restart again.
