As a Registered Dietitan working with young children and teens, i find that a lot of them are not getting enough calcium. Many don't like the taste of milk so they don't drink it, which is unfortunate since that is a great way to get calcium in the diet. Luckily there is another way to get calcium in the diet - Viactiv Chews. These are great because it is an easy way for a person to get calcium in the diet plus they taste good tood.
