    I am in constant contact with a full breed Doberman pincher.  I want to tell all those skeptics about the Doberman turning on its owner.  My parents have owned two and they both were as gentle as babies.  One of them was even with a newborn and protected her like a soldier. The minute the baby cried the dog was the first one to check on her.  The only bad thing with them is that they seem to develop  arthritis really fast when they become older. That is how we lost the two Dobermans and it was so sad.

    Welcome to viewpoints. I guess there were no fish in the sea you were swimming in, but don't give up hope. I am a romantic too, and met my husband online :-) I can happen.
