    This was not the best purchase I ever made. In fact, it was a complete waste of my money. I bought one of these phones a few years back and it quit working on me after about 2 years. I bought this phone because it was a decent price and it was blue. It was a very simple phone it didn't have all those confusing features. Just the right stuff to make a phone call and receive one. I decided to try replacing the batteries at some point but every store I went to didn't seem to carry what I needed. Needless to say, I ended up having to just trash the phone and buy another one.
