I have had my phone 6 days, it never did hold a charge when I call customer assistance I was told that my phone had water damage. I live in the Phoenix area and there is no water in the area.

I was talked down to and was told that I needed to send my new phone back and they would activate my old phone untill an inspection was performed. Only then would I recieve a new phone.

I was on hold over a half an hour listening to the 30 day worry free garuntee, I just about exploded. This company gave me the run around and will continue to give people the run around. Their customer service sucks and to think...
