I've been happy with my previous HP laptop, which was the 4000 series...so, I decided to upgrade to a newer HP.  The DV9000 has been a great laptop.  The keys took a little bit to get used to, since it has a number pad built in, but it's been a plus.  Also, I love the fact that it has an SD card slot, along with several USB ports, which is a big upgrade from the 4000 series.  The buttons that are at the top of the keyboard for the DVD player are great, since it's touch ready.  The only exception that I've had a problem with from time to time is the volume key within the keys on top.  I prefer...
