With the wonders of facebook I heard about p90x.  At first I didn't think much of it until my friend repeatedly posted about how great she thought p90x was.  Upon looking in to it I realized that it was a lot of money, but so was joining a gym.  We now own p90x and I recommend it to everyone.

Admittedly, I do not do the p90x regime.  Instead, I chose to do p90x Lean, which is more like a beginner version of p90x.  And trust me, the beginner version still kicks my tush every.single.time.

This product comes with 12 (11?) dvds.  Each dvd is completely different and focuses on a different body...
