    I purchased a bedinabox mattress after going to a local bed store, and was in sticker shock over the price of memory foam mattresses. I was longing for this kind of comfort, so I decided to do some research on line. At first, I was very skeptical about purchasing a bed over the Internet. I spoke with Kim, who answered all my (ridiculous) questions, and she was so helpful. I also had a time constraint, as I was moving. She did everything possible to make sure the shipment coincided with my move, and followed up with me. Outstanding customer service! I have to say that this bed is the most comfortable... review »
